Shearlet software

2D Shearlet Toolbox. Matlab toolbox as described in the paper Sparse Directional Image Representations using the Discrete Shearlet Transform. The software implements the 2D discrete shearlet transform using finite-length filters. The code was developed by G. Easley, with contributions of D. Labate and W. Lim. It includes some routines originally written by A. Cunha as part of the contourlet toolbox.
3D Shearlet Toolbox. Matlab toolbox as described in the paper 3D Discrete Shearlet Transform and Video Processing. The software implements the 3D discrete shearlet transform extending the approach of the 2D Discrete Shearlet Transform. The code was developed by P. Negi, with contributions of D. Labate. It includes some routines originally written by Yue Lu and Minh N. Do as part of the Surfbox toolbox. Code was revised in March 2019 to address changes in Matlab.

Barbara Video: original, enhanced video using wavelets, enhanced video using 3D shearlets.
Shearlet CUDA Toolbox. CUDA + Matlab toolbox as described in the paper Discrete Shearlet Transform on GPU with Applications in Anomaly Detection and Denoising. The software is a CUDA implementation of the 2D and 3D iscrete shearlet transform. The code was developed by X. G. Serra using GPUmat from the GP-you Group, a free (GPLv3) GPU engine for MATLAB, by adapting the original 2D and 3D Shearlet Toolboxes above.

Vessel segmentation and centerline tracing code

Segmentation and tracing code. This code segments tubular structure and computes the centerline. Details are provided in the paper Improved automatic centerline tracing for dendritic and axonal structures. The code was developed by D. Jimenez, with contributions of D. Labate and M. Papadakis.

Soma detection software

Directional ratio code. This code is part of the soma detection algorithm described in the paper Automated detection of soma location and morphology in neuronal network cultures. The code was developed by B. Ozcan, with contributions of D. Labate and M. Papadakis.
Improved Directional ratio code. This code is part of the soma detection algorithm described in the paper Improved detection of soma location and morphology in fluorescence microscopy images of neurons. The code was developed by C. Kayasandik, with contributions of D. Labate.

Computed Tomography software

Regularized ROI CT. (software coming soon) Matlab toolbox for the regularized ROI CT reconstruction as described in the paper 3D ROI Image Reconstruction from Truncated Computed Tomography, by A. Sen, D. Labate B. Bodmann, and R. Azencott.
