Grading: There will be three Tests and the Final. I will take the two highest test scores (60%) and the mandatory final (40%).

For all tests, you need to bring a blue book and picture ID! You need to show me your calculator.

Final: Saturday, July  3  11am-2pm
You need a calculator and you can use your book, but no notes. The final will cover problems from 6.5 and 7.5 for the trig part and parabolas, ellipses and hyperbolas from chapter 11.
Grading Policy:
I will award only even grades, no A-, B+ etc. For students with excessive absences, grades will be rounded down. For example, 80.7 will count as 80 etc.

Test 1: June 10. 
You cannot use a calculator. The test will consist of five problems: 3 from chapter 3, 1 on lines and 1 on trig from 6.1

Test 2: June 17
You need a calculator. Make sure to set mode on degrees. The test will consist of five problems, all on calculation triangles using the Laws of Sines and Cosines (9.1).
 

Test 3: June 28
You need a calculator and you can use your book. The test will consist of seven problems, six on trig (Chapter 7, 8 ) and one on the parabola (Chapter 11.2).
