These pages contain information, course notes and homework/example sheets, sometimes with solutions, for the course MATH 4331/6332, Introduction to real analysis, Fall 2009. Notes, solution and exercise sheets are © Michael Field, 2008, 2009. Notes are provided and a reference book - mainly for semester 2 - is Kaplansky, Set Theory and Metric spaces. Lectures are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9-10 in Flemming 162. Grading and examination policy will be detailed in Lecture 1 (see also Course Notes and information). A more detailed Course Outline.
