• The Lancaster Hotel in downtown Houston is holding 20 rooms, each at $110/night. They will hold them until 2 weeks before the meeting. This small upscale hotel, near the Wortham at 701 Texas, has the advantage of being within walking distance of UHD as well as the Houston theatre district. Phone 713 228-9500 and mention UHD or TXPDE to get this rate.

These are all excellent hotels and very good rates for the quality. Less expensive motel accommodation is available, including all the major chains, at locations near the freeways around Houston. We  suggest you verify the driving distances from your accommodation to downtown.
